We are located in China's wire mesh manufacturing and developing center - Anping, Hebei.

Anping Hualai started to produce knitted wire mesh since 2008. We are well-versed in manufacturing gas-liquid filter mesh of various types, materials and widths. For example, single wire knitted wire mesh, double wire knitted mesh, 3 strands of wire, 4 strands of wire, 6 strands of wire or even 12 strands of wire (a special wire mesh also called goodloe packing). The material can be metal (201, 2205, 2507, 304, 316, 317L, 321, 410s, 904L, Alloy 20, Copper, Monel, Nickel, TA2 and other allolys) and plastic (Polypropylene, PTFE, etc.) or co-knit of metal and plastic / glass fiber.

Initially, the knitted mesh was mainly used to make demisters. After 18 years' development, we are now listed among the leading suppliers in the mesh demister market, with many kinds of materials and types available. We are familiar with popular mesh types like 431, 421, 931, 9030, 9033, H-style, N-style, SL-style, R-style, etc.

Custom orders are also welcome. More and more international customers use our mesh pad demister in various applications.

When talking about demisters / mist eliminators, there is another popular type - chevron mist eliminator (sometimes called vane pack demister or vane plate demister). We have machines to process stainless steel vane plates to different profiles. The size of vane pack mist eliminator can be customized.

Structured packing is one of our main products, with advanced production lines in a large workshop, ensuring high capacity and quality. Corrugated perforated plate structured packing and wire gauze structured packing are mostly used in practice.

In 2021, our boss invested in a new facility in Jiangsu Province to produce metal random tower packing like pall rings, intalox saddle rings, raschig rings etc. It is conveniently located near Shanghai sea port, enjoying convenient and cost-effective container shipping advantages.

Responding to customer requirements for full series of tower internal products, we are cooperating with famous universities and developing our capacity in tower internals manufacturing and service, including liquid distributors, collectors, various column trays and more.
