This filter basket demister is specially customized for a KO Drum Separator, with designed gas flow of 90000 Nm³/h. The client also requires an efficiency of not less than 99%, for eliminating 5 micron and bigger water droplets.

It is fully made of SS 304 material. The demister has vertical bars and horizontal ribs both inside and outside, building a basket-shape structure. And the knitted wire mesh is surrounded and packed in the basket wall space, with crimped wire mesh keeping it in position. The diameter, height, material and detailed structure of this gas liquid separator can all be customized as per your needs.
