PTFE mist eliminator, also known as PTFE knitted mesh demister, is widely installed inside scrubbers, absorption towers, Reflux Drum, etc. It features outstanding chemical resistance against strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents, with a wide operating temperature range from -180°C to 260°C. It is suitable for harsh corrosive working conditions in chemical, pharmaceutical, waste gas treatment and petrochemical industries.
If needed, we can also provide PTFE mesh pad without grids, or PTFE mesh rolls.

We use export wooden box to pack PTFE demisters.
As per order, we can make the F4 mesh pad mist eliminator into one round piece, 2 segments or more parts.
The PTFE grids are constructed by bolted connection. Usually they are inspected before assembly with mesh pads. Sometimes, alloy grids are also ordered with PTFE mesh pads.
No problem for square ,rectangular or other shape PTFE demisters, either big or small.
Considering the international freight cost, it might be a good idea to order some spare pieces together in one shipment.
