Hebei Wojun Factory Produces Various Kinds of Knitted Mesh in Large Quantity.

We produce knitted wire mesh mainly for own use in making mesh pad demisters. We need tons of knitting mesh every month in stainless steel, plastic, and co-knit of both material. Among which, stainless steel 304, 316L, 321, S32205, etc. are mostly used. We keep large stock of such material so usually can make immediate delivery when order comes.

Meanwhile the knitted mesh has many other applications. For example, 304SS knit mesh rolls in certain widths are used in some pipeline insulation projects. These double-layer plain mesh sleeve rolls are often required in width as 305mm [12″], 457mm [18″], 610mm [24″], 762mm [30″], 914mm [36″], 1067mm [42″].

Another case is cleaning the screws and barrels of plastic extruder with copper knitted mesh. Pure copper wire mesh is also famous in family pest control and garden plants protection.

Knit mesh is produced in a tube type like socks then flattened into double-layer plain mesh.

Corrugated knit mesh is mainly used for wire mesh demister manufacturing. The mesh width covers from 100mm to 1200mm.

Four rolls of knitted mesh are placed among a pile of stainless steel wire spools.

Either plain or corrugated mesh rolls are available as per order. The material, wire size and mesh width can be customized.

PP or PTFE knitted mesh are also available. They have excellent performance in acid or alkaline circumstances while require limited operation temperature.

This co-knitted mesh, made of one strand of metal wire and PTFE monofilament, combines the strength of metal and the corrosion resistance of PTFE.

Its advantage is the same as the previous one. And the fiber co-knitting mesh is frequently required in some colescing applications.
